Dear myself,

   You have passed all of these years, as long as you think you haven’t reached a very small dot in the universe .

All the history you have passed,  that is nothing with the history of our universe, 

My advice for you,  to look if you can remember anything about this in your next life which may come after hundreds of years coming on the same universe while you are not exist.
